Kainat Aamir

For Students. With Students. Always.

I am an international student pursuing a Masters in Public Health and currently serving as President of the GCU Stem Cell Society. I understand what it means to balance academic pressure, financial responsibilities, leadership commitments, and adapting to life away from home.

That is why I am standing.

Not simply to represent students, but to work alongside you.

My leadership journey did not begin here. I previously served as President of the Student Association at SZABIST University, where I advocated for need-based scholarships, conducted well-being workshops for students & staff, introduced women empowerment courses to support fellow students, and worked to ensure fair price control in the student/ Staff cafeteria to protect affordability. I have always believed that leadership must deliver meaningful, practical change, not just good intentions.

University life can be demanding, balancing deadlines, finances, work, and personal responsibilities. Support should never feel distant or difficult to access. It should be visible, responsive, and built around our diverse GCU community.

As an international student, I understand the importance of belonging, accessibility, and clear support systems. As a society president, I have brought students together, created opportunities, and turned ideas into action.

I believe leadership should be visible, approachable, and accountable. Every student, whether home or international, undergraduate or postgraduate, should feel genuinely included in decisions that affect them.

I am not here simply to hold a title. The title is the platform. The action is the priority.

I am here to listen, involve, and act with you.

This is your time to vote.
