Opening Hours: 

Our usual opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.  During these times you can contact us by phone or email. We aim to respond as soon as possible, at busier times this could take up to 2 working days (excluding public holidays).

Nightline Service: for out-of-hours support and information

Nightline is a confidential and anonymous telephone, text and online listening and information service run by trained students for the students of Glasgow Caledonian and Strathclyde Universities. 

From 7pm to 12am Monday, Wednesday,  Friday during term-time, Nightline is there for anyone who is having a tough time or needs a friendly ear to listen to whatever's on their mind. Nightline is the only service on campus that offers both information and emotional support through the night via phone, instant messaging or text messaging.
