Free Period Products Available for GCU Students

GCU Students are able to collect free period products (including re-usable and sustainable options such as reusable cloth pads and menstrual cups) from GCU Students’ Association.

The provision is a partnership approach from both your University and the Students’ Association.

The products are located:

• In the female and accessible toilets in levels 1 and 0 of the Students’ Association Building.
• In the ground floor female and accessible/gender neutral toilets in all buildings on campus
• In the female and accessible/gender neutral toilets on all levels of the Library.
• In Caledonian Court in the Laundry room and the Social Hub toilets
• Reusable options (sets of washable pads and menstrual cups) are available from the Students Advisers in our Advice Centre (drop in Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).

The introduction of free period products for GCU Students has been available since March 2018, as part of a campaign from the Students’ Association in partnership with the University.
