Life Membership

Any student who has completed one Trimester at Glasgow Caledonian University can apply for Life Membership. All current GCU students are automatically members.

We hope that GCU Students' Association made a positive impact on your life as a student at GCU. Now that you have graduated, we are glad you want to stay involved.

Benefits of Life Membership

• Join any affiliated sports club, society or volunteering group (note: not eligible for BUCS or SSS fixtures)
• Participate in any volunteer programme
• Attend social events organised by the Students' Association, including our annual Balls
• Use the Union Bar and Grill
• Receive an emailed version of the student magazine and annual Impact Report
• Listen to the student radio station
• Be offered relevant opportunities to get involved, particularly as guest speakers within the Student Leaders Programme

How to Apply

You can apply for Life Membership by completing the online form below and making a one-time payment:

• £15 if within 3 years of graduation
• £30 if more than 3 years after graduation

All proceeds support the Students' Association. Once your membership is approved by the Executive Committee, you will receive confirmation by email.
