The Re:Union Bar is normally open Monday to Friday, 12 noon to late during Trimester A and B.
The Re:Union Bar & Grill is a welcoming space to grab a drink, enjoy food, play pool, or socialise with classmates and friends. Weekly highlights include a cash prize quiz and karaoke night. Many events are also hosted here by Sports Clubs, Societies, Groups and Networks. You are the DJ and can chose songs through the SUB TV App.
The Re:Union Bar closes on 9th May 2025 and will re-open 7th September 2025.

The Re:Union Bar & Grill is a licensed venue. You must show valid ID (UK/EU Driver’s Licence, Passport, or PASS Card) to purchase alcohol. Student Cards are not valid ID. If you look under 25, you will be asked for ID. GCU students aged 17 may buy non-alcoholic drinks only.
It is illegal—and against University and Students’ Association disciplinary rules—for an adult to buy alcohol for anyone under 18, or for anyone under 18 to attempt to purchase alcohol. You can obtain a TOTUM Card which includes the PASS scheme.
Please note: Due to licensing conditions, children are not permitted in the Re:Union Bar.
All students at Glasgow Caledonian University are automatically members of GCU Students' Association.
