Does your sports club, society, media group or network need to invoice a company, organisation or sponsor?

Follow the steps below to send an invoice to them:

1. Download the Invoice Template

2. Complete the Yellow highlighted areas on the template.

3. Email it to the company, organisation or sponsor. Cc finance@GCUstudents.co.uk into the email you send, to let our Finanance Team know to expect payment.

4. Contact finance@GCUstudents.co.uk to check if the payment has been made into your account.
