The Handover Period for all sports club and society committees is week 8 to week 11 during Trimester 2 (once the AGM has taken place and the new committee has been elected) It is important for the outgoing committee members to organise a good handover for the incoming committee members. You can also complete this pro forma document, with key information for the new committee. Remember to include passwords for social media and email accounts.
Training will be provided and is open to all new and existing committee members, please keep an eye out for when these sessions are available. You also have an assigned staff member who can support the committee as they adapt to their new roles.
