If you have a complaint about any aspect of your experience at GCU then you can contact the Advice Centre to discuss your issues with a Student Adviser who can advise and support you on the options and procedures for taking your complaint forward.

If you feel that you are (or have been) subject to personal, sexual or racial harassment, bullying or victimisation by an individual or group of students or staff whilst at GCU then please contact the Advice Centre to talk through your issues and concerns with a Student Adviser.
The Student Advisers can listen, support and advise you on your options under the relevant compaints procedures in confidence. Your adviser will not take any actions or pass on any information you share with us without your express consent to do so.
