For those of you who have followed me throughout the last year, you’ll know that one of my biggest campaigns was the introduction of free Sanitary Products at GCU. The campaign began in July 2017, and by March and April 2018 the GCU Glasgow Campus had access to free products on campus in a sector leading pilot! (You can see the progress of the campaign in the links at the end of this blog.)
Following the pilot, the Scottish Government in May committed to ensuring that all schools, colleges and universities in Scotland provide free access to sanitary products.
I’m therefore ecstatic to announce that GCU Students, from today, can collect free sanitary products (including re-usable and sustainable options such as reusable cloths) from GCU Students’ Association, in NH205 Level 2, or the University Campus Life Desk.
To access the products, you simply follow the link here to fill out an order form, and present this at the collection point to receive your products!
Collect from GCU Students' Association:
Monday (10am-12pm)
Tuesday (12pm-2pm)
Wednesday (2pm-4pm)
Collect from Campus Life Desk:
Thursday (10am-12pm)
Friday (12pm-2pm)
