Support for Students Facing Allegations under the Code of Student Conduct

Have you received notification that an allegation has been made against you for breaking the Code of Student Conduct?

If so, the Advice Centre Student Advisers can provide practical, independent, and non-judgemental support throughout the disciplinary process. We are here to guide you and advocate on your behalf, independent of the university.

Our Support Includes:

  • Listening to your side of what has happened.
  • Helping you understand the allegations, the Code of Student Conduct, and what to expect from the disciplinary process.
  • Assisting with drafting a statement in response to the allegations and gathering relevant evidence to support your case.
  • Providing support throughout the process, including attending formal meetings with you, and briefing/debriefing before and after meetings.
  • Advising on the outcome of your case and any grounds you may have for appeal.

Please don’t face this alone. Contact the Student Advisers as soon as possible so we can support you in achieving the best possible outcome for your circumstances.
