Earlier this year I announced that we had achieved the NUS Green Impact accreditation.

For those of you that don’t know, maintaining an ethical, sustainable and environmental organisation, as well as campaigning on environmental issues is featured in our strategic plan, and last year I led on GCU Students' Associations’ environmental work.

I’m incredibly honoured that we’ve managed to obtain the Green Impact Award, at the criteria “Very Good”, and this week we received our plaque!

Thank you for all the hard work of the Ethical and Environmental Officer and Committee last year.
