Update building codes to reflect the names of buildings

The Annie Lennox building (AL) currently uses the code W in it's room names. I'd assume this is left over from when the building was the Hamish Woods Building, I am proposing that we change the building and room codes to represent the buildings they are assigned to. This would include:
Annie Lennox Building: (W) -> (AL)
Govan Mbeki Building (A) -> (GM)
Students Association (NH) -. (SA)
All students at Glasgow Caledonian University are automatically members of GCU Students' Association.
This membership is free for current GCU students.

While there will obviously be costs associated with this (changing room number signs etc.), I think its a simple change that is needed. It will make it a lot easier (especially for new students) to learn the campus and find classes. While it does remove some history that still exists through the system, it is going to make it a lot more convenient and accessible for everyone. It would also apply only to 3 buildings - Annie Lennox (named previously after Hamish Wood), Govan Mbeki and the Students Association Building.
If the history being removed would be an issue there is the potential alternative of restoring the original names of buildings
