Today I witnesses a member of staff being incredibly rude to a member of canteen staff, complaining about prices, claiming she had overcharged him/charged him for extra. This was not the case, he was so rude to this lovely staff member just doing her job. Please remind our staff and students to conduct themselves in a polite respectful manner, our canteen staff are NOT here to take abuse from anyone, let alone staff. Thank you.
