The prices of food on campus is ridiculously high! Why is there any need to charge £3.40 for a sandwhich? It is already a cost of living crisis nevermind being a student on top of it, people are struggling enough.

Students shouldn't need to choose between eating at University or saving their money. A lot of students commute which makes bringing their own food more of a difficulty or perhaps work in their spare time so don't have the time or again money to buy in ingredients and prepare food for campus the next day. 

We can't even get a free paper cup to make a cup-a-soup using the only free hot water machine on campus in the student association building because any hot drinks machine charges £2 for hot water!!!!

It is absolutely ridiculous especially for the quality of the food that is offered to us on campus, the price does not justify spending that in anyway.
