Welcome to GCU Sign Language Society

GCU Sign is a recreational sign language society which aims to: create a wider knowledge of BSL and the d/Deaf community; increase the number of GCU students learning BSL, particularly in healthcare-related degree programs; engage with BSL users from the wider community and learn from their lived experience; maintain an open and inclusive environment within the society and help to make the wider GCU environment more accessible and inclusive for BSL users; promote and facilitate other GCU societies learning and using BSL.

 

We are all beginners so no experience required!
