This one-hour live online session will help better your understanding of good sleep hygiene and how to improve your own sleep. This will include an explanation and discussion around what exactly is meant by sleep hygiene and potential causes of different sleep problems.
During this session, you will learn 5 top tips to improve your own sleep, and how this can benefit every area of your life, including your studies. In addition, the session will suggest useful resources that you can try on your own to better your sleep.
The session will involve a presentation from the trainer and discussions in small break-out groups. The break-out group discussion will aim to bust sleep hygiene myths and false beliefs that are commonly held. You will be under no pressure to answer questions or participate in break-out rooms if you do not feel comfortable doing so.
