Personal safety- over a 4 week course a trained Wise women facilitator will help you-

• learn how to identify and avoid potentially dangerous situations
• learn simple techniques and shock tactics to improve personal safety
• take part in discussions to improve self-esteem and self confidence

Starts Monday 3rd March 5-7.30pm then

• Mon 10th March
• Mon 17^th March
• Mon 24^th March

This course is for women only, if you want to get some more information on eligibility please get in touch before the event.

Room NH008 (downstairs on level 0 of the Students' Association) 5pm-7.30pm

Event ticket books the whole 4 week course and the £5 deposit will be refunded to you after the first session
