As the University for the Common Good, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) are embedded in everything that we do. As Student Leaders, you have an important role to play in supporting our EDI commitments not just in your time here at GCU, but as future professionals and decision makers.
You will be working with people from diverse backgrounds, so being an inclusive leader is vital to being an effective leader. Being fair and avoiding bias in your interactions not only enhances your GCU experience but adds to your employability as these skills can be applied to different professional contexts.
