Empathy - an awareness of others’ feelings, needs and concerns and an ability to negotiate them - is an essential skill for the modern world.
It has never been more important to be able to connect and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds. This workshop focuses on skills and tools for developing empathy skills to be able to better to listen, connect, understand, and work with others.
