It’s that time of the year again when The Mature & Part-Time Students' (M&PT) group launch their Easter egg appeal for disadvantaged children, homeless and vulnerable people.
Last year was very successful with students and staff contributing greatly.
We are appealing for people to donate boxed Easter eggs, including some dairy-free and nut-free alternatives, between the 1st April 2019 to the 16th April 2019 for distribution.
Easter is the perfect opportunity to show those who are disadvantaged, homeless or vulnerable that the GCU community cares about them when times are tough; everyone deserves a bit of chocolate at Easter!
So next time you're at the supermarket or shops, spend a pound on an Easter egg or chocolate so we can give some love and hope to those who may feel lost and forgotten.
You can drop off your donations in the following locations:
Alternatively, contact Susan Docherty (Mature and Part-Time Officer) at maturePT@GCUstudents.co.uk.
You can also let Susan know if you have any suggestions about who you think would like to receive some Easter eggs this year.
