DLHE Survey Assistant Vacancies

Job Description: 

Highly motivated and reliable students are required to participate in a confidential telephone survey collecting graduate destination information. You must be able to commit to the hours of work below.

Hours of work:

Wednesday 24th & Thursday 25th January 5-8pm (3 hours each day)
Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th January 10am - 4pm (5 hours each day)
Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th February 10am - 4pm (5 hours each day)
Saturday 10th & Sunday 11th February 10am - 4pm (5 hours each day)
Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th February 10am - 4pm (5 hours each day)
Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th February 10am - 4pm (5 hours each day)

•    Spoken English must be excellent
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Confident & pleasant telephone manner
•    Ability to work on your own initiative
•    Ability to elicit information quickly and to record it accurately
•    Legible handwriting
•    Prior telephone experience (e.g. reception/call centre) would be advantageous, but not necessary.

£10.32 p/h
