I writing to ask that the sound issues with the P.A. are fixed in Carnegie Hall and othere lecture halls/rooms on campus

On a daily basis the lecturers are faced with sound issues related to their microphones which do not work correctly. Examples of this are:

  1. Feedback in the system from the microphones
  2. The microphones being unable to connect with the sound system and cutting out.

Each time this happens the students miss out as they cannot hear the lecturer and it disrupts the flow of the lecture adding delays and unnecessary stress.

I am asking that a sound company that specializes in fixed P.A. and tannoy systems be invited to inspect the system and equipment. As soon as possible.
