As a regular of student voice for more years than I care to remember, I have read papers from each meeting, however, always last minute...often causing confusion and guilt because I may not have had the opportunity to absorb all of the information they have kindly offered in their updates.

I would kindly request that upon completing their updates for student voice, that the FTO's going forward, complete a video update to help people to consume the information that they feel is most important from their work...this may also help the other students on campus to understand what their doing in the role. also i would request that they do this more often than just student voice so that the student body feel engaged with the process should they be interested, and not like a second thought or like part of a job that requires a student update to tick a box.
