Provision of Free Dental Dams

Hi all, As the LGBT+ Liberation Officer I have recently been made aware of the lack of provision of free dental dams on campus. At the moment free condoms can be collected from the Advice Centre, however dental dams are not supplied here or anywhere else on campus. As a liberation group, we feel it is discriminatory for free condoms to be offered but not dental dams. We believe the university should be promoting safe sex within all communities and should be inclusive of the LGBT+ community. 

Our aim would be for dental dams to also be made available from the advice centre.

    To be completely fair, there is a supply of female condoms which serve the same function but I have experienced that when getting condoms, I have received only 3 female condoms but my friend who asked for regular, male condoms have received an entire pack of condoms (with around 12 condoms inside).
