Move lockers to library

This idea was approved with the amendment that some (i.e. not all) lockers should be made available on level 0 of the Saltire building.
Move all lockers to library so they can be accessed by students who spend their weekends studying in the library
All students at Glasgow Caledonian University are automatically members of GCU Students' Association.
This membership is free for current GCU students.
