Cut down the cost of international student tuition fees.

    International Post Grad students lose half their stipend in 'tuition' fees and accommodation costs...forcing them to top up, or more often drop out. This damages the reputation of GCU as a centre of research excellence. Other uni's like Strathclyde don't do this.
