I have been advised by security that there are significant blind spots in the library, specifically on the second, third and fourth floor of the Sir Alex Ferguson library. This is a particular issue given there is no secure entry in the library, meaning any member of the public can enter. In the interest of student safety in the library, there should be more CCTV to act as a deterrent and to allow the university to identify people if incidents do occur on campus.
