Free Bowl of Soup and a roll on production of Student Card

This idea was amended at Student Voice on the 20th of February 2023. The amendment was to have one free meal available during opening hours. The idea with the amendment was passed.
Lots of colleges provide one free meal to students each day, why can we not have a bowl of soup/roll for any students who show their student card?
The cost is minimal, as inflation rises this would be a good way of ensuring people have at least one hot meal per day.
All students at Glasgow Caledonian University are automatically members of GCU Students' Association.
This membership is free for current GCU students.
