Fix the environmental controls in the library and the annie lennox building

I am in the library on level three right now and I'M BOILING! It is unbarably hot! I cant focus, its too stuffy. It
it is bad here imagine what the temperature is like on level two its like an OVEN. Nothing is ever done about it
the library have no access to the air con, why is this? its ridiculous FIX THIS NOW!
In the annie lennox building is the opposite in room 011 it is freezing, people keep their coats on in that room
I had my hoodie and parka on, the lecturer does not take off his jacket for the first hour because of the cold
