Fix hot tap water in library

THE WATER IS BOILINGGGGGGG. In fact the higher up u go the more BOILING it gets. This is a MASSIVE health n safety issue. We have to wash our hands in less than 3sec or not wash them at all cuz it LEGIT BURNS THEM

Yes this is so basic, but would be so helpful to people who study in the library all day and night who need hot water outside of cafe hours. This is a definite, basic request. Leave the microwaves, just give us the water!
