Trampolining

  • Trampolining

Description

The club trains in the small hall of the Arc (ground floor) and give members the option of competing at league or open competitions.

Coaching is available for all levels whether you just want to bounce for fun and fitness, or whether you want to compete with the club.

All are welcome from beginners to advanced bouncers.

This is not only an opportunity to be active and have fun but a chance to socialise and meet new people with regular social events.

Training takes place on Mondays from 7-9 pm and on Wednesdays from 2-4 pm.

Whether you are wanting to pick up a new skill or continue participating in an activity you love, all are welcome so come and have a try!!
