IEEE is the world’s largest professional association dedicated to advancing technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of humanity. IEEE and its members inspire a global community through IEEE’s highly cited publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and educational activities.
The objectives of this Society is to represent GCU at a global platform like IEEE (Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineering USA)
- Engage students in technical activities e.g. Essay Competition, Workshops, Student Conferences
- Arrange technical lectures, workshops and seminars
- Industrial visits, providing students a platform to explore the world of engineering
- Women in Engineering Committee engaging women with engineering and technical aspects
