Description

The objectives of the Society shall be:

• Create a sense of community among students, helping them connect, support each other, and build strong friendships while studying abroad.
• Promote cultural exchange and understanding by organizing events, workshops, and activities that showcase the traditions, customs, and history of Ghana.
• Provide academic and social support as well as resources for students, or information about academic programs, scholarships, and research opportunities.
• Advocate for the interests and concerns of students within GCU.
• Organize social and recreational events, including cultural celebrations, sports tournaments, and outings, to help students relax and have fun outside of their academic commitments.
• Reach out to the broader student body and other stakeholders to foster greater understanding and integration between students by promoting cross-cultural dialogue and awareness.
