Description

GCU Astronomy Society

We are GCUs Astronomy Society! Here, we aim to talk about and explore the stars, planets, rockets, and the wider universe - anything to do with space!

Some of the things we hope to do this year include attending lectures from the Astronomical Society of Glasgow, and visiting some of the observatories situated in and around Glasgow.

With nights still getting longer, there are so many chances to look up. You never know what you might spot!

You can join our discord here - this is where you will be notified of any events and where most discussions will take place!

We also have an Instagram, @gcu.astro, where you can find out about events and opportunities, as well as interesting facts and updates about space!

Clear skies,

GCU Astronomy
