RNIB are hosting an engaging and interactive session, involving simulation glasses, blindfolds to give a sense of what it is like to have sight loss and the trust exercises by guiding someone with a blindfold on, and how to properly guide a blind person.
This event will take place on Tuesday 15th of November at 4pm in the Social Learning Space (NH008) on Level 0 of the Students' Association Building.
RNIB, the Royal National Institute of Blind People, is the UK's leading sight loss charity. RNIB offer practical and emotional support to blind and partially sighted people, their families and carers. RNIB are recruiting for volunteering roles based in Glasgow.
Come along if you want to have some fun doing some educational trust exercises, learn about sight loss awareness or ask RNIB about volunteering positions!!
