Treat everyone with kindness and courtesy.

Make space for others to share and listen as much as you talk.

No one should feel pressured to share contact details or keep a conversation going if they don’t want to.

Unwanted comments, flirting, or behaviour that makes others uncomfortable isn’t acceptable.

3. Look After Each Other

If you see someone looking uncomfortable, check in or let an organiser know.

Our team is here to help—come to us anytime if you need support.

4. Privacy Matters

Please don’t record, photograph, or share anything about other participants without their okay.

Consequences

Anyone who doesn’t respect these guidelines may be asked to leave.

Serious issues will be reported to the university.
