This workshop will explore what is meant by strategic thinking and identify how you can apply strategic thinking in your own context.
Strategic thinking is all about thinking about the future and how you are going to get there; it’s big picture thinking! This workshop will explore what is meant by strategic thinking and identify how you can apply strategic thinking in your own context. It will equip you with practical planning and analysis tools and identify ways to measure success.
