Take 10 minutes out of your day on 18^th October to become a lifesaver. That’s faster than queuing for a coffee! ​

 

Come along to the Arc between 10am and 4pm and develop your CPR and AER skills at the GCU Restart a Heart Session - lasting 10mins.

 

Did you know...

 

In Scotland approximately 3,500 people will fall victim to a sudden out of hospital cardiac arrest with only around 1 in 20 surviving to hospital discharge.

 

Bystander CPR and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) will more than double the victim’s chances of survival.

 

Thousands more lives could be saved in the community if more people could perform CPR and use an AED.
