GCU Mountaineering Society are doing a climbing come and try at Glasgow Climbing Centre for free!

 

There are 2 group sessions with 12 spaces in each (make sure you get the right ticket):

Session 1 - 5pm - 6.45pm

Session 2 - 7pm - 8.45pm

 

Climbing shoes, harness, and belay device are provided on attendance. All you need to bring are comfortable (sport) clothes. We also very much recommend bringing a warm fleece or jumper for when you are not climbing as it can get chilly when you are belaying your partner!

 

You can only buy one ticket and attend one session.

 

You are being provided with a coffee (or another hot/cold drink) the Balcony Cafe in GCC, you can stay after the first session or arrive early for the second one and have a drink and chat with us!!

 

If you are registered to climb unsupervised at GCC or are an experienced sport climber and can take the necessary exam on the day, you can come along and have your entry and shoe/harness hire paid for you! EXPERIENCED CLIMBERS DO NOT BOOK A TICKET
