Building Confidence Workshop
Our next workshop facilitated by Lifelink looks at understanding what confidence is and developing strategies to help build confidence or overcome barriers. It is open to all but we hope it will be especially useful for those who are coming to the end of their studies this trimester to help build confidence for whatever comes next!
