GCU Students’ Association are delighted to be shortlisted in the NUS Scotland Awards 2024 for the Campaign Award. The Campaigns Award is to recognise inclusive and impactful campaigns that empower Students’ Associations, improve students’ lives or campaign on issues faced by members.

Our nomination, written by our Vice President SHLS Jennifer Abali, was for our Winter Warmer Campaign and our partnership working with Glasgow Caledonian University on creating a Student Pantry and the installation of Student Microwaves and Hot Water Boiler.Our thanks to our many colleagues from across the University for their support in making these initiatives happen.

The NUS Scotland Awards 2024 Ceremony is held on Wednesday 27th March 2024 at the NUS Scotland Conference 2024 at the University of Stirling. The other nominees in the Campaign Award are Edinburgh University Students’ Association and Aberdeen University Students’ Association.
