GCU Students’ Association is currently looking to recruit Class Rep Trainers to help us deliver our Class Rep Training. 

Class Rep Trainers would be paid £13.45 per hour, and you are normally allocated three hours for the preparation and delivery of each training session. You will agree with us how many training sessions you will deliver during the academic year 2026/27 but we would normally expect you to deliver at least 6 sessions.

You will be paid to complete our internal Induction and (if agreed) for you to attend the sparqs Train the Trainers event (Monday 24th August to Thursday 27th August 2026 at Queen Margaret University). Applicants must be free to attend on these dates.

We are looking for individuals who have:

• Previous experience of being an academic or student rep
• Previous experience delivering training, presentations or have a qualification in learning and development
• Previous experience in public speaking, or facilitating group work
