Upgrading hand dryers within SA building

The current hand dryers within the SA building have low air pressure and take forever to completely dry hands, meaning students will often leave the toilet with wet hands, defeating the purpose of having hand dryers. As there are also no paper towels made available, I feel it's time to upgrade this aspect of the SA's facilities.
