Tickets sales open 17th Feb at 1pm and close 6th April 1pm.
 

 

Event Summary

6.30-7.30pm: Arrival & Welcome Reception with One glass of sparkling wine (or non-alcohol equivalent) per person

7.30pm: 3 Course Meal with half bottle of wine (or non-alcohol equivalent) per person

9.30pm: Awards and Speeches

10pm: Ceilidh

12am: After Party: Venue TBC

 

 

Event Terms and Conditions

The Sports Council hopes that you thoroughly enjoy the Sports Ball 2023.

To ensure your enjoyment at the event the following aspects will be strictly followed:

1. No alcohol can be taken into the event premises; therefore, there will be searches at the venue entrance.
2. Please note that any guest who is overly intoxicated may be prohibited entry or asked to leave the event.
3. Please arrive at the venue between 6.30 & 7pm and be seated by 7.30pm.
4. The meal will be served promptly at 7.30pm.
