INFORMED CONSENT

The session will begin with a warm up. To participate in class you also must attend and participate in the warm up.No refunds are issued for any unused classes. Mats will be provided for each pole and must be used at all times. Pole princess studio have implemented a COVID-19 policy to ensure my safety when enjoying the studio and stop the spread of COVID-19. I am happy to participate and understand voluntarily and at my own risk. I have taken the time to read the policy on their website and am confident I can comply with this. I also understand that all pole have a mat under them and that I am not going to be spotted for the foreseeable future. I will ensure I only work on moves that are within my ability. Please notify the instructor before the session if you have sustained any injuries, illnesses or medical conditions or if you feel there are parts of the session you are unable to take part in. All information given to the instructor is completely private and confidential under data protection legislation. If you do not understand a taught move, please ask the instructor to repeat the demonstration. As with all exercise, pole fitness classes carry an element of risk and you may experience some bruising or friction burns. This session has been designed to minimise those risks and with continued practice, your body will become conditioned to the movements involved. If you feel excessive pain or discomfort during the session, please notify the instructor immediately.
