Pole Society Come and Try
COME AND TRY POLE DANCE!
Come along to our Come and Try event on Monday 25th, 16:00 at Pole Princess Glasgow, where a certified instructor will be teaching us how to pole dance. It is open to anyone of all shapes and genders, whether you are a total beginner or a pro. This is a great way how to keep fit, build muscles, strength, and improve self-esteem while having fun and making new friends.
WHAT to bring? -We recommend bringing some shorts and a sleeveless T-shirt for a better grip on the pole, but leggings or joggers are fine too. A bottle of water and lots of enthusiasm are recommended too :)
Spaces are limited so grab some friends and get your tickets soon! Afterwards, we will continue with regular lessons every Monday and Tuesday at 5pm.
