The class

 

This is a beginner-friendly pole class led by a certified pole instructor where you will learn initial pole moves, spins 

 

This pole class is held at Pole Princess Glasgow on the 2nd floor, at 54 Gordon St, Glasgow G1 3PU.

 

There is a code to get in the door, so we will meet new members outside before class begins. Please send us a message if you are new to the class and need the code. 

 

What to wear? 

 

Flexible/active clothing. Shorts and a sports bra/ t-shirt will help you grip the pole however most important thing is to feel comfortable :)
