Free Taster Class
Come join us for a FREE online stretch class!
This is a chance for existing and new members to come and meet our instructor and also get a taste of our weekly online stretch class.
Once booked in, a link will be emailed to you to join the Facebook group where the class will be held live.
If you cannot attend the live class, the recording will be made available for 48hrs. You don't have to miss out!
