We have secured 4 spaces on the Student Winter Skills Weekend 2024 at Glenmore Lodge.
This weekend is at the same time as our own Glencoe Winter Skills Trip.

 

This training weekend for university and college club members will give participants a good grounding in a range of essential skills for venturing into Scotland's mountains in winter. The course includes route planning, navigation, winter safety, avalanche avoidance, walking with an ice axe and crampons, ice axe self-arrest and more.

 

Event details 

• Dates: Friday 12^th January (8pm) to Sunday 14^th January (5pm) 2024
• Location: Glenmore Lodge, Aviemore
• Price per student: £120 (includes two nights' accommodation and meals)

Raffle Tickets

• Available: Monday 13th until Sunday 19th
• Raffle: during the social on Tuesday, 21st
• Deadline for buying the actual tickets: Friday, 24th, 8pm

Like we did for the SMART weekend, this event is set up as a raffle ticket event.
The four available places will be raffled off during the social on Tuesday 21st.

And, like for the SMART weekend, this event is sadly for students only. Sorry Alumni!
