Speaker Event on COP26 and Climate Activism

Come and join our first speaker event about COP26 and Climate Activism.

The UK will host the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) in Glasgow on
1 – 12 November 2021.

The COP26 summit will bring parties together to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.

The UK is committed to working with all countries and joining forces with civil society, companies, and people on the frontline of climate change to inspire climate action ahead of COP26.

We are lucky enough to have some special guests joining us:

  • Brian Robertson (Volunteer Manager COP26- Glasgow City Council)
  • Matt Crilly (NUS Scotland President)

The event will be held on Microsoft Teams and the link will be sent out at 12 pm on the 17th of March.

Come along and learn about the importance of Climate activism in today's ever-changing society, and about how to get involved with COP26.
